Terms of Service

1. Service description

InkMirage (the "service") is an AI image generation platform that lets you create images from text prompts and reference inputs. By using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to anyone who accesses InkMirage, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.

2. Your account

You sign in via a one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure; anyone with that access can sign in as you.

Provide accurate, current information at registration and keep it up to date. Accounts are personal — do not share credentials or sign-in links.

3. User obligations

You agree not to use the service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others. Detailed rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

You will not attempt to circumvent safety systems, scrape generated content at scale, or use the service to train competing models without our written permission.

4. Generated content

You own the images you generate. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, InkMirage grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your generated images for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

You retain ownership of your prompts. We may use anonymised, aggregated prompt and usage data to improve safety systems and product quality.

Outputs from generative models are not unique — different users may produce similar images from similar prompts. We make no claim of exclusivity.

5. Credits and payment

InkMirage uses a prepaid credit system. You top up your wallet and credits are consumed each time an image is generated. Credit prices and the per-generation cost are shown in the studio before each request.

Top-ups are processed through a third-party payment provider. Once credits are added to your wallet they are non-refundable, except where required by law or as a remedy for a clear service failure.

Credits do not expire under normal use. We may invalidate credits obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate, offensive, or unsafe outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkMirage and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
