1. Spirit of this policy

InkMirage is built for makers, studios, and creators. The freedoms we offer are intentionally wide; the restrictions below are narrow but absolute. We enforce them to protect users, third parties, and the long-term viability of the service.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the service to generate, upload, or distribute the following:

  • CSAM — any depiction of minors in sexual or sexualised contexts. Zero tolerance; reported to relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person.
  • Deepfakes of real, identifiable people without their consent — including political figures used to deceive, defraud, or impersonate.
  • Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against an individual or group.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
  • Malware, phishing assets, or content designed to deceive or defraud.
  • Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity in your or our jurisdiction.

3. Prohibited conduct

Beyond content, the following behaviours are not permitted on the service:

  • Attempting to bypass safety filters, content classifiers, or rate limits.
  • Automating account creation or credit accumulation through fraud.
  • Reselling generated images as "unique" or "hand-made" in a misleading way.
  • Probing the service for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure programme.

4. Enforcement

Violations result in one or more of the following, at our discretion and proportionate to the offence:

  • Removal of the offending content from our storage.
  • Warning or temporary suspension of the account.
  • Permanent termination of the account and forfeiture of remaining credits.
  • Referral to law enforcement where the violation involves illegal content.

5. Reporting abuse

If you encounter content or conduct that violates this policy, email trust@inkmirage.com with as much detail as you can share — image URL or task ID, a description of the issue, and (if relevant) your relationship to the harmed party. We aim to triage within 24 business hours.

6. Appeals

If you believe your account or content was actioned in error, you can appeal by replying to the enforcement notice or emailing trust@inkmirage.com. We will review the decision and respond in writing.
