1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate InkMirage. This includes:

  • Email address — used for sign-in and transactional notifications.
  • Prompts you submit and images you generate.
  • Wallet, credit, and top-up records (we do not store full payment-card details).
  • Basic usage and device data — IP address, browser type, language, and request timestamps — needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

We use the data above to provide the service: to authenticate you, to run image generation requests on your behalf, to deliver and store the resulting images, to bill credits, to detect abuse, and to send transactional emails such as sign-in links and receipts.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your prompts or generated images to train our own models without explicit opt-in.

3. Third-party processors

InkMirage relies on a small set of vetted processors to operate. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.

  • mayi.one — receives prompts and reference images to run AI image generation.
  • Cloudflare R2 — stores generated images and assets.
  • Resend — delivers transactional email (sign-in links, receipts).

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. EEA, UK, and California residents have additional statutory rights.

  • Right of access — get a copy of the data we hold.
  • Right to rectification — fix inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — delete your account and associated data.
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in and CSRF protection, and a language preference cookie so the UI remembers your choice. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

6. Retention

Generated images and prompts are retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain billing records.

7. Children's privacy

InkMirage is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Contact

Email privacy@inkmirage.com for any privacy-related question or to exercise your rights.
